With almost 20 years experience supporting parents with gentle, respectful sleep, feeding and parenting, Lyndsey is in high demand Internationally and has limited availability to support parents one-to-one. At times, there may be a wait of a few weeks, as she does not take on multiple clients in order to enable each client to receive the attention they need. If you need instant support or do not need one-to-one support, you may wish to choose one of Lyndsey’s comprehensive and very popular sleep guides.

Please note that Lyndsey’s work is very gentle and respectful. She does not promise a quick fix, or sleeping through the night. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions to ensure that Lyndsey is a good fit for your family and sleep goals. Please note that both the Basic sleep support and the Full coaching package will need to be paid for in advance. If you choose the Pay as you go support, you will be invoiced after your consultation.
